Nalu Bay is here to make sure you're happy and feeling confident!
We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns for store credit only.
We do not process exchanges manually. If you would like to order a different size, return your merchandise and we will issue you store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products!
*Nalu Bay Swimwear is not responsible for any items delivered to us after return date.
*Nalu Bay Swimwear maintains a no-cancellation policy for all orders. However, you may request modifications to your order, provided it has not yet been accepted by our shipping department.

Please be advised that
any unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks
initiated after delivery or while merchandise is in transit will be treated as theft.
In such cases, we reserve the right to pursue these matters legally through a third-party collections agency. Additionally, a formal police report will be filed, and legal action will be taken.
Initiating a chargeback for a valid purchase constitutes fraud and is taken seriously. If a chargeback is filed after an item has been delivered/in transit, we reserve the right to:

Take legal action to recover lost funds and associated costs
Fraudulent Activity
We actively monitor and report fraudulent activity as we are committed to protecting our business and our customers. Any attempts to file false chargebacks will be considered theft and will result in civil and/or criminal proceedings.
