One of Sofia’s biggest accomplishments is learning to love and accept her body. "It took time and a lot of self-reflection," she says, reflecting on her journey. "It wasn’t easy, but now I feel liberated. I want to help others do the same and embrace their bodies with love, knowing they are worthy just as they are."
