Meet Nalu Babe Kyllei Shelton
Kyllei Shelton, known on Instagram as @kylleigirl, is a 20-year-old rising star whose passion for dance, family, and education is evident in everything she does.
Originally from Boston, now living in Las Vegas, Kyllei is carving out her path in the world with determination and grace. As a Nalu Babe, she absolutely loves the way the brand makes her feel confident in swimsuits, and she enjoys sharing that feeling with her audience, encouraging them to embrace their own confidence.
When Kyllei isn't captivating audiences on TV or sharing her modeling journey, you'll find her in the dance studio, where she’s been since she could walk. Dance has always been a huge part of her life, and she is constantly training, choreographing routines, and working toward improving her craft. But that's not all! Kyllei is also a full-time student at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, majoring in Elementary Education, where she maintains honors status. For Kyllei, balancing her love for dance, academics, and everything else she does is a source of pride, and she’s excited for the future that education and her passions will bring.
Growing up, Kyllei dreamed of becoming a professional dancer. Today, she continues to work toward that dream, with future goals that include modeling for major brands like Sports Illustrated and dancing for the Las Vegas Raiders as a Raiderette. In addition to her modeling career, Kyllei also hopes to one day be a backup dancer for iconic artists like Taylor Swift and Tate McRae. With her fierce determination, there's no doubt she'll continue to chase those dreams and make them a reality.
Her biggest accomplishment so far has been appearing on the reality television series Life After Lockup on WeTV. Kyllei is currently filming her sixth season of the show with her family, and she’s grateful for the exposure and the opportunities the series has brought into her life. She’s excited about the future and looks forward to more reality TV opportunities down the line.
Family is everything to Kyllei, and it’s no surprise that her mom is the person who inspires her the most. Having grown up with her mom as a role model, Kyllei values the bond they share and strives every day to embody her strength, compassion, and selflessness. Her mom has been her biggest supporter and continues to inspire her to keep going, no matter the challenges she faces.
Aside from her career and studies, Kyllei has a love for cooking and baking, especially during the holidays when she bakes her signature “everything but the kitchen sink” cookies. Fashion, makeup, and self-care are also big passions of hers, and she loves to travel whenever she gets the chance. Oh, and did we mention she’s the oldest of 12 siblings? Talk about being a natural-born leader!
For Kyllei, the most important advice she would give to her younger followers is simple: always chase your dreams, even when others may not support you. With her kind-hearted, confident, and fierce personality, Kyllei is truly an inspiration to anyone who follows her journey.
