Meet Nalu Babe Ashley Vogt

There’s a quiet confidence and natural glow to @_ashleyvogt that makes you feel instantly inspired.

Originally from Rocklin, California, and now living in Tuscaloosa while attending the University of Alabama, Ashley is the kind of girl who balances beauty, ambition, and heart in everything she does. She’s a nursing student, a model, a sorority sister, and now an official Nalu Babe bringing the full package of brains, kindness, and glam.

Ashley’s first-ever modeling experience was with Nalu Bay Swimwear, and the impact it had on her was unforgettable. “From day one, Nalu believed in me,” she says. “They’ve been so kind, patient, and communicative throughout the entire process, which means the world when you’re just starting out.” It’s the confidence, connection, and empowerment that keeps her coming back, plus the bikinis are literally stunning. “It’s not just about the swimsuits, it’s about how Nalu makes you feel: confident, celebrated, and seen.”

When she’s not in class or on a shoot, Ashley is all about finding balance and joy in the little things. Think Pilates sessions, journaling, skincare routines, and long walks to clear her head. She’s big on self-care and spends time with friends, tries new matcha spots, and even hits the golf course when she can. She’s also super active in her sorority and loves contributing to chapter events. And beneath all the glam, she’s driven by a deeper purpose, pursuing a career in nursing so she can help others.

Her childhood dream was to be a supermodel (iconic, obviously), but her biggest inspiration is someone much closer to home: her little sister. “She’s not just my sister, she’s my best friend,” Ashley says. “She’s been through so much and handled it all with grace. I want to be the kind of role model she can be proud of.” It’s clear that family means everything to her, and her thoughtful, grounded perspective is part of what makes her shine.

Ashley’s proudest accomplishment so far has been completing a summer internship on the oncology unit at Vanderbilt. It was challenging, emotional, and transformative. “It pushed me out of my comfort zone and taught me how to show up fully for people in their most vulnerable moments,” she says. Whether she’s in scrubs or in a bikini, Ashley leads with heart, and that’s what makes her so magnetic.

Modeling isn’t just a phase, it’s a dream that’s taking shape. Ashley’s goal is to move to Miami and grow her career in runway modeling while launching her own IV hydration business. “I really believe in creating a life that blends all the things you love,” she shares. With her entrepreneurial spirit and background in health and wellness, there’s no doubt she’s going to make it all happen.

A few fun facts? Ashley’s a total fashion girl, loves keeping up with trends, and never misses an episode of Love Island or The Kardashians. Her weakness? Chips and guac. Her comfort movie? 10 Things I Hate About You. She also moved 2,500 miles from home after high school and found her happy place in Alabama. Her biggest piece of advice? “Always be kind and stay true to who you are, even if the world tries to make you feel like you’re too much. Don’t dim your light to fit in, shine exactly as you are.” Couldn’t have said it better.
